After I purchased he said "sorry it's not brand new but if you don't want it you can return it." By this point it was already shipped. When I confronted him about it, he told me to return it if I don't like it. I asked how the return process worked. He didn't explain, he just sent me a partial refund without me agreeing upon a solution, then stopped replying.
