My purchase arrived in a beat up box due to the shipping carrier and my printer was damaged due to something other than an ink cartridge that holds ink, exploding and covering the printer with ink. There were no ink cartridges installed, so it was not that. I contacted this seller immediately and he did not hesitate to refund my money. I appreciate his professionalism and not being put through a hassle to get my money back. Top Notch Seller!!!!
