    Things can always go wrong, how a seller handles this is crucial. The first attempt to send me the item did not suceed as the item never arrived. The seller rapidly replied and sent again, but again it did not arrive. The seller messaged me several times to check if it had arrived. When it became clear that the second item had gone missing, the seller refunded my payment immediately. So, while I did not receive this, the seller tried hard to supply it, tracked progress and refunded.

    The seller described this printer as new, never used but opened. The printer was delivered doesn't look new. When I opened it, I found out that the right side of the paper tray was broken. Initiated a return and the seller is saying that the printer sent back to them is not what they delivered to me. I see this as a trick for me not getting my refund. The seller sounds very dishonest.

    It's an excellent unit

    We had a little trouble getting it to work on our network but when we finally got it recognised we found the printer was excellent. It is quiet, fast, well made and most importantly produces high quality printing - perfect for any small business or an upmarket home office.
