      The parcel arrived and it was not packaged properly, it was just stuffed in a shopping bag and wrapped in tape. The hoodie smelled awful like it had been in a damp attic or basement and then after washing it, the smell persists and the picture on the front of the hoodie has started coming off like dust. I don’t care about a refund as the hoodie was so cheap after being reduced but this was not good at all and I would not recommend buying from this seller if this is how items arrive.

      I’m truly sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with your purchase.I do wish you had contacted me first, as I would’ve been more than happy to arrange a return and make things right. As for the smell and the print issue, I was genuinely surprised, as the hoodie was stored properly, and the condition of the print was clearly shown in the photos and reflected in the heavily discounted price of £30 for a Balenciaga hoodie. Still, I appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.
