      eBay had trouble updating my shipping address, and informed me I needed to contact the seller to fix the problem. I did so within minutes of purchase. The seller took days to respond, said they would ship to the correct address I gave them, but never confirmed the address. I contacted them 8 times, never felt I was talking to the same person, and as a result, the package was sent to the wrong address, which I cannot access. AWFUL service. Do NOT buy from them!

      After the sale, the buyer asked me to ship to a different address than their eBay shipping address, violating eBay policy. I followed policy and shipped to the checkout address. The buyer received the item and was issued a full refund over the misunderstanding. Instead of resolving concerns through eBay, they left negative feedback when I refused to break the rules. So, they got the item, a full refund, and still left negative feedback for attempting to violate eBay's policy. Do NOT sell to him!
