I then tested the machine as was worried the machine was also dammage but the machine works as it should. The seller communication is top notch and reassured me they would do something to help despite it not being their fault at all. I was given a partial refund and am really happy with the seller since resolving the issue and would highly reccomend. Thankyou for all your help
