    It was as described, new and in the original box. No issue with the seller, it's the product itself. It is a trim kit for a cabinet mounted stainless steel microwave. I knew it was all made of plastic before ordering. It is supposed appear to be stainless steel, but for my taste it is a bit too shiny and not a brushed steel look. But it was made to fit my microwave, no other choice. However, the seller was very efficient, shipped it quickly, and was received within a week. Happy w/service!

    Nice pump

    Quiet motor and easy operation. Need to fill up water if empty to start. Good to have the switch to turn on and off, instead of pulling the electric plug off the receptacle.

    New, but pump was bad, oring was cut so it leaked i replaced the oring and it would not keep water preasure 90 % of the time no water at all most of the time
