I had issues when ordering as the bed I ordered was out of stock, so they offered a free upgrade to the ottoman as a good will gesture rather than cancelling. The day before delivery was due they called to say this was also out of stock so could change colour or delay again. I thought it was a scam. But the bed came the day after within the delivery time slot! Just note it’s not a 1-2 day delivery as stated.
