      Thank you for the 10 stars, kind words and compliments. However, it was not USPS’s fault. Due to recent new US customs regulations that recently came into force, Swiss Post (together with the majority of EU postal services) temporarily suspended their services to the US, so as to give them time to correctly adapt their IT systems. Teething problems to be expected. It was just unfortunate that your purchase found itself right in the middle of it all. Happy you received your replacement pants.
