I offered to give a full refund but he still accused me of not knowing how to maintain a car so I pointed out that I own a Ferrari that wants for nothing but a 20 year old sub £7k Audi might not be quite as perfect. I apologised to him for seeming rude but he left me exasperated as he got a bargain.
