The seller described the item well, but all I needed to see was the item and the price. And they sent their own email, in addition to the eBay notice, to let me know it had shipped. And it arrived quickly and safely packed in a cardboard box with extra filler around it.

Apparently they don't like to provide shipment updates when requested. I've complained to eBay about it but they've left me to deal with their Canadian delivery service provider. Pretty lame approach in my opinion.
