    Seller sent a broken item which they claimed was new. When I asked for a return and refund they immediately accused me of breaking the item and said they would report me to eBay?!! Not the best response to a genuine customer problem. They then went on to claim some nonsense about the condition of the item. The refund has now been given but it was like pulling teeth!

    The buyer was sent a brand new item and then when he broke it expected a refund. Item was checked before dispatch and he has pulled the plug apart without removing the screw which has caused the clasp to break either by accident or deliberately because he bought the wrong item. It seems strange he did not want a replacement!! Buyer has been reported to ebay. Sellers beware of this buyer!!
