The packaging was beat up and dented, but that was probably the fault of the USPS carrier and not the seller. The umbrella does look as described. It opens properly, I don’t see any tears, and it seems very similar if not the same as my original umbrella that I recently lost. For the condition and my overall experience, I’d say the value was worth it.
