The only one drawback was that the seller forgot to send an AC Adapter with the product but he immediately resolved the issue by offering me my chosen refund which was +20 dollars as I demanded.       The palo alto firewall worked perfect. I was able to use for the new office, transfer the config from the old firewall, create an ipsec tunnel between offices and have had 0 issues with it.
