    when I received the retractable leads, they were both damaged and I put in for a refund that moment. Refund was given the very next day. I did Send pictures of the broken plastic leads. These leads are NOT of good quality and I would not Recc. them. The Seller was Amazing, and not his fault, as they were in the original packaging which was NOT damaged, so they were damaged from the manufacturer. I will stick with paying a little more for the real FLEXI leads. Great Seller!
