Corals were brown/black with a rotten decomposing smell. The seller was notified the same day of delivery in a short time. He interrogated us with dozens of rude questions, all were answered. Saltwater parameters ideal, corals acclimated but the corals were already dead! The seller still refused to fully refund or replace, and continued to be RUDE. Avoid this 'seller' at all costs!Reply from: reeftopia_uk- Feedback replied to by seller reeftopia_uk.- Feedback replied to by seller reeftopia_uk.Unfortunately this customer failed to notify us within 1 hour of receiving the corals that they had concerns. Contact was 11 hours after they received the delivery and they had already placed the corals in their own aquarium. At this point, we cannot accept responsibility. Despite having no proof that the corals were dead, we offered a refund for the cost of the corals but they responded with more offensive comments, then left this feedback.
