I purchased this product much the same as I do every year for Turbo Tax because I love the program and feel very confidant in using it. The only BUT with this file is that, I filed my return and when I went to pull in the efile to update the status of the return, the file was gone!! I cannot find my return anywhere. TurboTax
I’m a HR Block tax user but I tried TT this year. One, TT did not import my tax data as it stated leaving me to manually input the data. The TT interface is less user friendly than HR’s and makes finding the proper forms to input data a little task. TT is more powerful, for my situation, and was able to input data from my K-1s. When using HR last year, I had to over-ride some fields to get the information in BUT overridden fields prevents electronic filing so that experience led me to try TT. As far as the eBay vendor performance is concerned. The software was delivered within a week of ordering and was received in perfect condition and 30% cheaper than what Costco (and probably other stores) were charging.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
