I will never buy from this seller. Seller has absolutely no concern about an item arriving safely, packaging or protecting an item during rough handling during shipping. They were wrapped so tightly in a plastic sheet that the leather was squished and creased. This could have damaged the leather. USPS provides boxes specifically for shoes FREE. I don't understand why one of these was not used. Especially, since I paid for shipping.
