    Cleats of choice

I have been using fixed cleats for the past ten years after switching from floating cleats which were the cause of my knee issues in prior years. • Cleats

Well, these are Shimano brand cleats that are to be used with Shimano brand clipless pedals. You could probably find some generic brand of cleats that might work, but why?

  • Smoothest clip in

Shimano Dura Ace is my favorite for quality and durability. I have two sets now and love them. Lightweight and the clip in is so smooth.
