    Excellent photo project album

    I'm so pleased with this album and it has inspired some project work. There are landscape and portrait pickets on each page, but some of these I've used to insert cards with dates, history etc relating to the photos. It's a ring binder so I've inserted holiday itineraries in poly pockets in with the photos. My mother is inserting ancestral photos with genealogy info and birth/death certificates in-between them. Super for collating info in one place. Each pocket is 6x4 so just make sure your photos are this size, or choose another album for larger size photos. Brilliant though!!

    Basic layout, some disadvantages

    Each page contains several pockets for photos, some portrait layout and some landscape. This means that if you want to use all the available pockets, you may have to put some portrait photos in sideways to fill a landscape pocket or some landscapes in portrait ways. If you are happy to see them like that, you will be very happy with having 200 available pockets. The other disadvantage is that there is no space for labelling the photos, as there is in some types of album. The album is sturdy and does contain 200 pockets, but personally I would prefer a different layout.

    Excellent photo storage

    Lovely photo album. I always use these. Much better than sorting through several tiny albums. Can sort into themes eg. Holidays , family tree, etc.

    Excellent quality, design and storage flexibility.

    The photo album holds 500 photos of 6" x 4". 40% of which are a portrait. Many very old photos (pre seventies) are much smaller, so more than one can fit into the 6x4 pocket. One pocket can be used to add information that will otherwise be lost. The ring binder feature can ease the final sorting in the appropriate order (eg date). Easy to use and suitable for long term storage.
