Binding has minimal wear. The majority of pages are undamaged with some creasing or tearing, and pencil underlining of text, but this is minimal. Unfortunately, one of my CD cases got cracked in shipping. CDs were packaged wrapped in a mailing bag with paper cushioning the box not, not bubble wrapped. My seven other CDs were as pictured and described. Disc 1 in this set was the only one dinged. It's minor, but noticeable and not what you expect. Overall however, I am pleased with my purchase. I would order from them again, if extra precautions are taken
