Now that the item is returned via tracking the seller has changed their email so they cannot be notified and give me my money. EBay are aware and I hope this seller knows that cannot get away with kind of customer service in Australia.

    Absolutely horrible seller DO NO T PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. Item arrived damaged offered a 20% refund I accepted their offer but they never did the refund. Then they offered me 10% refund. They also asked me if I could sell the item to someone else to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous. They do not package their items properly. Blamed the supplier. What a mess!!
