      Tapes were shipped with haphazardly-tossed-in Priority Mail bubble mailers and scrap padding from other items. Whether broken before shipment or during, many of the cassettes arrived damaged in some way. T The Seller felt the need to send multiple paragraph messages to my request and made the Return process annoying to deal with. The Seller wanted to argue about the condition of the tapes when they should have simply just accepted the Return. I’ll be buying elsewhere.

      The TRUTH. Tapes were grouped in 4 bundles of 6, wrapped w/plastic wrap then double layer new bubble wrap-taped secure;3 new tapes in mailer, folded over. Add’l tapes (30 total) given hoping buyer could use. Peanuts to box, tape bundles & foam roll tucked around periphery. I have pics of packaging. No damage in shipping. Listing description & pics disclosed minor case cracks. Accepted return graciously. Reached out when return arrived- I was out of town. Refunded 100% prior to eBay deadline.
