      the item arrived and didn’t work from the get go. there was no damage to the outside or the packaging. it arrived as it looked in the pictures but the tray for the discs does not open and hasnt since it arrived. have tried contacting the seller but not got an answer from them. would like a refund or some sort of sens please.
