      After posting, bizarrely Royal Mail managed to lose the package. The Seller (Brian) handled the problem well. He offered to either send out another medal or issue a refund. His customer care can not be faulted. He genuinely cares about his customers, and whilst it is very frustrating for the item to go missing, this Seller is one of the good guys !! ************* Unfortunately the same can't be said of Royal Mail****************
