    Item was very well packaged and appeared as described. By no fault of the seller, it was held up by US Customs, very odd. Possibly because the address is Brazil, Indiana? They notified me when it was released. Upon arrival, the small playing head inside the player had become dislodged from its housing , hanging by wires. I believe this happened in shipping. I contacted the seller with pictures. She responded immediately and had me return it. Resolved the same evening! Highly recommended seller!
