    The items arrived sooner than expected, which was a good thing, but I had the unpleasant surprise to be called by DhL to pay another £39.28 customs fees, and also the packages were both opened, unsealed, with some wrap around one of the boxes. When I contacted them, I had a condescending response back how they are not required to mention customs fees, that all this has always been known and “ it makes me strange as you are not aware of it”. Disappointing service!
