He could have easily just filed a claim and issue a partial refund. But he went out of his way to find a replacement part. This was no easy task since this was a vintage reel with parts long discontinued. He found the damaged part and sent it to me at no cost. Rare nowadays to find sellers like him. Will definately buy from him again.
