    The buyer was fully refunded. There was a mixup because there was a extra charge that did not show up on the refund page or i did not see it. I told her i would replace the tile if i had a replacement which i did not. This situation has been resolved and there was never an intention to give her a partial refund or any reason to. The buyer was satisfied with the final outcome so i guess she wrote this before she was satisfied.

    These are so pretty and a great value. In fact I am keeping this one for myself, it wasn't easy to decide which one to hold back. They will make superb holiday gifts, and the seller is totally wonderful. Everything comes fedex and is very well wrapped etc. You can't ask for more than this on ebay, buy with confidence. I have bought a bunch of these now and am completely happy.
