    Good

    The product comes in 3 sachets with instructions how many sachets to use depending on how bad the lime scale is. I used 2 with a 50% improvement and then the remaining one. I managed to eventually clear most of the remaking limescale with a hardened dish sponge. Cheaper than buying a new kettle. sponge.

    Environmentally unsustainable

    I bought 2 of these and I received them in a massive packaging which felt unreasonable for the size of the item. No concept of environmental issues whatsoever which is a cause of concern!

    LOVELY CLEAR WATER AND TASTES BETTER

    IT IS A LOVELY LOOKING KETTLE THAT REALLY DOES TAKE THE LIMESCALE FROM THE WATER. YOU CAN CERTAINLY TELL BECAUSE THE TEA HAS A MUCH BETTER TASTE. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO OTHER BUYERS WHO LIVE IN A HARD WATER AREA.
