    Good as new

    With this being refurbished it is great value for money. Physical appearance was basically pristine apart from the tiniest scuffs along the edge - but you wouldn't notice these without really close inspection. The phone has a really good camera and performs well. Only two down points are that there seems to be a slight lag sometimes - I'm not sure if this is down to the phone make or to do with the refurb? - and the battery isn't the best, but will usually make it to the evening. I wouldn't last longer than a day though if you are using it regularly. However I am still happy with the phone and for what I paid I would recommend it for others.

    Good phone not a mark on it

    At the moment it is running android Lollopop hopfully it will update to latest version. Robust and well made but there is a slight time lag loading apps. it is difficult to get a days use out of the battery even turning autosink off which is dissapointing as other reviews sa a long life. I am not a high user either.A battery saver app has helped and made it possible to use all day

    Didn't work

    Bought this phone and after charging and switching on, discovered it was dud. This was clearly a phone that had already been returned due to a fault they thought they'd fixed but hadn't. The thing just would not boot up.
