The first one was found to be missing a critical screw and they suggested I ship it back to China for credit? I offered to accept that they just ship me the missing part, to which they agreed. A month later the missing part arrived and they shipped the wrong part. I also later found out that the movement was also faulty and didn't work. They offered me a 15%discount if I ordered another one? Took 10 weeks to get to this point and I've given up.
