    Get your cup of tea and your scones ready and ENJOY...I loved this highly whimsical very well made movie...truly if your a Austen fan,its a daydream come to life...one we've all had of Mr Darcy,going back in time and being in one of her books.... a must for a "chick flick" library.

    Wonderfully warm, long, chick flick.

    The cover blurb calls this film "effortless" enjoyment, which is not correct. It is a three tissue chick flick. My view is that very good movies always seem to be over too soon, while not so good ones are too long. This film is quite long, taking the time to work through its imaginative plot thoroughly, and it is very good, developing characters who are worth getting to know, Somewhere between "Kate and Leopold," "Being John Malkovich," and "Pride and Prejudice," it's a warm and wonderful experience.

    Brilliant, fresh spin on classic story

    The DVD cover came damaged, but it did not affect the DVD itself. I’ve always loved this miniseries and wanted to own it and the price was decent. The characters are engaging, the story is sweet, funny, sad and you can’t just watch one episode!
