I have contacted seller three times and got one response. Have also contacted EBay and filled out questionaire and reviews and was told EBay would help beginning Oct 19. Rug arrived and presented a slipping hazard for me because of the thickness, I am 87 and use a cane and am afraid of falling. When I was purchasing, seller was very agreeable, but now that I need to return rug, not so much. Had I known rug was coming from England I never would have purchased it.
