The first half of the Shorter Oxford English Dictionary.
The Shorter Oxford English Dictionary third edition is a two-volume dictionary A-Mark and Marl-Z around 1970-80 when the computers were not popular. This is a handmade craft in modern sense. It kept a lot of obsolete words and word-references of mid-20th century. So I adore this fine product and bought one long time ago, however I got only Vol II, and have been looking for the Vol I. Now I have it and the dictionary becomes perfect. This product is for the ones who already have Vol II of SOED 3rd edition.The Shorter Oxford English Dictionary third edition is a two-volume dictionary A-Mark and Marl-Z around 1970-80 when the computers were not popular.
