    The washing up bowl arrived damaged, and though I asked for a refund the seller offered a replacement. Once accepted that I required a full refund, that communication and monies returned was very quick. The quality of the bowl did not match the description- the bowl was flimsy and weak plastic, not heavy duty as described. Packaging of just a plastic postal bag totally unsuitable for been passed through UK postal systems or chucked in and out of delivery vehicles.

    Ordered this as my family has expanded and the standard steamer is too small for my needs this steamer comfortably fits enough veg for 10 in one go as well as looking good it’s economical and good quality.

    Could be better, but..

    It does the job! Thin, light metal. Rubber handles, so easy to move when hot. Sloppy fit between tiers and also a loose fitting lid allows a lot of steam to escape, but like I said - it does the job and has a massive capacity. I couldn't find any other 24cm with rubber/plastic handles.

    Great big pots!

    Wife says she can now steam enough beg for the whole street! The neoprene handles are very useful, as otherwise these magnificent pans could be unwieldy when hot.

    The steamer is large enough for a family of four. ( I bought it for a 2 bedroom self contained holiday house) It is well made and doesn't look or feel cheap, and should withstand the rigours of holiday letting.
