The item arrived on time . I was in in the back garden, I had left a large note under the door bell to please bring deliveries round back . Oh no it was left at the front door . It’s very heavy I couldn’t lift it myself I had to wait till my groceries were delivered ( round the back door) and the delivery guy carried it round for me.
Also glass suckers are useless glass slides off if nudged

They quickly came back to say courier had misplaced package and offered full refund or replacement. I asked for replacement which they despatched same day and it was delivered next day. Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
