The tool is not centred. It waggles around so that the thin drills cannot be used. The middle bit is way off centre. It is not worth returning!

Cheap product that fails to hold a drill accurately. It is essential that small drills are centered otherwise they will snap. This is too poorly made to work properly. If you are patient you may get the drill bit centered by trial and error. It's really not sufficient. The collets are poorly made so don't do the job. Waste of money.
