The box arrived late (est delivery 12 Jan, delivery was 18 Jan). The box crushed and the hat crumpled BUT the hat was reshaped easily & it speaks volumes about the quality of this hat. The fit perfect, the craftsmanship, excellent. Warwickshire should use a better box in shipping. I feel lucky my hat wasn't lost in transit. The tracking of the package was weak after it arrived in the USA. Still, this is a great product and I'll purchase from from Warwickshire again!
