Ai sensi dell'art. del decreto legislativo 6 settembre 2005, n. 206,come modificato dal D.Leg. 21.02.14 n° 21 ( il "Codice del Consumo"), Art 52 e seguenti del Codice di Consumo.

Tale diritto è escluso ai sensi dell art 59 del codice di consumo per alcune fattispecie a titolo di esempio "m) i contratti conclusi in occasione di un'asta pubblica;" .

Per esercitare il diritto di recesso è necessario indicarne la volontà entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento della merce tramite raccomandata A/R all'indirizzo indicato in calce.

Il consumatore dovrà restituire il/i Prodotto/i o consegnarli al venditore o a un terzo autorizzato dal venditore a riceverli, senza indebito ritardo e in ogni caso entro quattordici giorni dalla data in cui ha comunicato al venditore la sua volontà di recedere dal contratto.

I costi diretti di spedizione relativi alla restituzione del Prodotto sono a carico del Cliente.

Il Prodotto acquistato dovrà essere restituito nella sua interezza ed integro, con tutti gli accessori ed eventuali parti di ricambio, nella confezione originale, completa in tutte le sue parti (compresi imballo ed eventuale documentazione, ecc...).

Il Cliente può manipolare il Prodotto al fine di stabilirne la natura, le caratteristiche ed il funzionamento ma è responsabile della diminuzione del valore del Prodotto risultante da una manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria a tal fine.

Il diritto di recesso è comunque sottoposto alle eccezioni di cui all'art. 59 del Codice del Consumo: in caso di danneggiamento del bene durante il trasporto,Libreria Antiquaria Calligrammes srl darà comunicazione al Cliente dell'accaduto (entro il 5° giorno lavorativo dal ricevimento del bene nei propri magazzini), per consentirgli di sporgere tempestivamente denuncia nei confronti del corriere da lui scelto e ottenere il rimborso del valore del bene (se assicurato); in questa eventualità, il prodotto sarà messo a disposizione del Cliente per la sua restituzione, contemporaneamente annullando la richiesta di recesso; Libreria Antiquaria Calligrammes srl non risponde in nessun modo per danneggiamenti o furto/smarrimento di beni restituiti con spedizioni non assicurate; al suo arrivo (in magazzino), il prodotto sarà esaminato per valutare eventuali danni o manomissioni non derivanti dal trasporto.

Il rimborso verrà effettuato nei termini di legge tramite bonifico bancario fatta eccezione per i pagamenti effettuati tramite paypal o carta di credito per i quali verrà utilizzato lo stesso metodo per il rimborso.
