I have real problems with my digestion due to candida and without this stuff I am a mess. It's wonderful. I find Now Foods products to be of a very high quality.

Very poor
This does not seem to make any difference and I have tried several Caprylic Acid tablets of different types. It also contains palm oil which I do not agree with as it is unethical in the extreme causing mass deforestation and habitat loss for thousands of species and indigenous peoples.

Works for SIBO & SIFO
Very good. I take 5 a day with meals and it’s really helped my SIBO/SIFO. I’m worried about the fungus and bacteria becoming resistant to it, because so far this is the only thing that truly worked.
