The Hallicrafters SX-100 is a vintage General Coverage Receiver covering the broadcast band up thru 30 Mhz and it has amazing sensitivity and selectivity and sound quality considering its age if it is maintained properly. Its a lot of fun to listen around the ham bands and the shortwave broadcast bands... especially if you used one in your novice ham station in the early 1960's. It's tube type and needs some occasional maintenance so it may not be for everyone but I like it.
