Very unprofessional operation! Blaming the customer for paying the extra postage is not the most professional approach, and refusing a partial refund is ridiculous! Claims to have contacted USPS, but won't share their response! The description is for 2 pieces per lot, only sent 1! Very unreasonable seller!
