    Saturated advice

    Probably the most groundbreaking book ever written. Nina explains why the so called healthy diet hasn’t worked and why there are more cases of heart disease and cancer than ever before. It has changed the way I think about saturated fats and cholesterol.

    A good challenge to mainstream diet norms

    This is a well researched book which shows that current guidelines on diets is not support by the actual evidence. It may change what you eat but otherwise it’s good to have a point of view that questions the mainstream thinking on diets and what is healthy.
