      Great healthy cookbook

      This is a well presented cookbook with a good range of healthy meals and baking recipes. Nicely illustrated with clear instructions and calorie guides, this is exactly what I was looking for as a tool to help my learning-disabled daughter lose some weight without having to eat faddy or unappetising foods. We're looking forward to making some of these dishes.
