    Cables worked for my project

    Like many gx470 sunroofs, my issues was with the cables. I had to tear the car completely apart to get the sunroof disassembled. One of the cables was completely corroded inside the tube is sits in. I had to find another tube/pipe because I couldn't get the cable out of it. Ended up getting a similar tube from the junkyard (funny how many people don't touch sunroofs there). It wasn't an exactly fit but made it work. The new cables run smoothly through it and now the sunroof works like new.
