The item description is in accurate. I've requested a return label and return via eBay. The seller has sent 13 emails telling me why I should keep the item, giving me $20-$100 off and a sob story about how they have to pay for return shipping. I still don't have a label. This is literally the worst purchase I've ever made with eBay. Not because the cold laser isn't what they had advertised but because of the customer service. Do yourself a favor, buy this cold laser from someone else.

Super-knowledgeable seller offered this powerful tabletop LLLT unit at a great price. I received tracking immediately and it arrived perfectly packed in 9 days from China (with a free gift of cotton socks! Thanks, Lily! 😉)
The model is HY-30D. I am treating my dog Liam, who has neurological issues (possibly CDM). My vet's office offers laser but best results are obtained using it 2X a day (and Lily actually knows more than my vet about laser devices). Excellent, durable device.
