Gasket jointing Compound
I was put onto this product by my Dad many many moons ago as they used this in the Central Electricity Generating Board (Before Privatization) I knew it was good, but had no reason to use it again until I stripped my mower down because of fuel problems, and needed to make sure the new gaskets that I used had as good a chance as I could provide for a good seal. It seemed to have done the trick.

I've always purchased Blue Hylomar for all of the vehicle's that I have ever owned, the fact that it never sets hard, allows easy dismantling when and if required and it seals perfectly, as It was used by Rolls Royce, Then its good enough for myself, Oh yes indeed:

Bought this to cure an annoying fuel leak on pole pruner. Took fuel by-pass grommet out cleaned and reassembled using Hylomar Blue . Result no more leaks. Have used before and has never let me down so far. Good purchase.
