INJECTORS

For our clients, we propose testing and repair of common rail injectors by Bosch, Delphi, VDO Continental (aka Siemens) and Denso.

Reconditioning includes all activities recommended in manuals prepared by particular producers. Every produces also demand testing the injectors on special test benches that we have them in our service.

We can also supply brand new injectors and related parts - tools.

Injectors carry 1 year warranty against remanufacturing defects. Warranty is limited to replacement cost only.

Proof of purchase must be present to verify and validate the warranty. Unit must be present for test and report. All units are tested to the manufacturer specification using test plan software on recommended test equipment.

Sterling Diesels Ltd reserves the right to void warranty if:

- unit has been installed incorrectly

- unit is physically damaged

- unit is found to be contaminated with additives, dirt, water or wrong fuel

- car fault has been misdiagnosed

- the unit has been found dismantled or adjusted in any way

Units returned under warranty will be tested, stripped and inspected with the microscopic camera before any decision will be made.
