    Good, Easy to Follow Recipes

    This set of books has kept me going in lockdown. Cheap easy to follow recipes. I found Fast and Fresh, and Super Easy, had the most recipes that appealed to me not so many in Delicious Food For Less but that could just be my taste. Have not tried recipes from 5 Simple Ingredients Slow Cooker, which is low calorie for Weight Los and not by Miguel Barclay.

    Very good book of easy, practical recipes

    This book has lovely colour photos of each of the one portion recipes, which can be used for more people by multiplying the ingredients. Each one is cooked in one pan, so less washing up. A normal list of ingredients, not a ridiculously long list of stuff you won't use. This book was done approximately 3 or 4 years ago so with inflation as it is, I reckon a bit more than £1 for most meals, but still good value meals. But you will have to figure out how to use the stuff left over in the packets. Eg Thai omelette uses a few beansprouts, but leaves nearly a whole packet of them to be used up in something else quite quickly.

    Great recipe book

    This is an excellent recipe book. The ingredients are all easily available and serve one, making it easy to double or increase to serve more people. It also disproves the theory that it's cheaper to get a takeaway than it is to cook from scratch. Rubbish!
